Hey ITC Readers!
I am so excited to be sharing with you today this adorable off-the-shoulder bodysuit from ASOS. I have been wanting to try the bodysuit trend for a while because I always have issues with keeping tops tucked in to my favorite skirts. But, I was afraid to order just any bodysuit because I am tall (5’10”) and have a long torso-I didn’t want an uncomfortable wedgie!
So, I stumbled upon this suit from ASOS tall, and thought I would take the plunge and try it out! Today I’m showing how versatile this piece is by styling it two different ways, but I’m telling you its so cute and I can pair it with almost any skirt in my closet. I also linked it in both the tall length and the regular length so you can enjoy it no matter your size-for only $19!
I love these adorable bow shorts but before I couldn’t get a top to stay tucked in right! I don’t have to worry about that with this bodysuit. This also continues my trend this summer of wearing shorts with wedges-quite a statement for someone with long legs to begin with. I keep it classy by keeping the shorts looser and longer, which pairs perfectly with the tight bodysuit. P.S. These shorts come in 9 adorable colors!
For my second look, I paired the bodysuit with a full patterned skirt I’ve had in my closet for years. I linked a few patterned skirt I’m loving right now, but you can definitely get this look by shopping your own closet for a similar style.
This look was so comfortable and cute. I pulled the shoulders down a little further off my shoulder for this look, so you can see that it can be worn both ways depending on how you are comfortable.
Now to get down to the practical details. First, yes this bodysuit unsnaps so that you can use the restroom with ease-there is no taking off the whole bodysuit in a public bathroom! I was relieved to know it came with that feature. Second, I am wearing my favorite backless strapless bra that can be reused many times and sticks on really well. It is from Target and sells here for less than $19-worth every penny.
What do you guys think? Have you worn a bodysuit or would you be willing to? Are you tall and concerned about fit? And do you constantly have issues with your blouse coming untucked? Let me know in the comments!
