Hey ITC Readers!
It’s been forever since I posted! I’ve been so busy starting up a major project in the lab at work, and finding time to shoot outfits with my
professional photographer husband has been next to impossible! But, I’ve got some really great content coming up that I’m so excited to show you! As I get into the swing of the semester things will calm down and I can share with you all more frequently.
Even though it’s still hot, hot, hot in Alabama, I work in an air conditioned building all day. So, I’m starting to transition to fall looks for my daytime attire, while still wanting to wear more comfortable outfits while out in the heat.
Recently one of my blogger friends Rachel from Pinteresting Plans inspired me with her post about wearing a jumpsuit to work. I never thought of wearing a jumpsuit for work, but in my more casual environment I can get away with it, so I had to try it! I’ve since worn a couple of different jumpsuits to the office, and love how comfortable but put together they can be!
I received this jumpsuit recently from Miss Tallulah Boutique, a great online boutique for women’s clothing. Their customer service is amazing, and the quality of this jumpsuit is so great! The materials is heavy enough to not be see-through, but light enough to be breezy and comfortable in the summer.
For work, I pair this jumpsuit with a patterned cardigan and sensible flats. However, after work you can easily transition this to a night look! Switch to strappy sandals, grab a statement necklace and crossbody, and let the amazing back of this jumpsuit shine!
